My wife's took longer than usual yesterday (£20,000), gave up checking last night but it was there in the morning. Historically it has taken about 10 minutes.

I withdrew a few k this morning, dropped in my account in 20 minutes.

When did she make the transfer?
I made mine about 5pm on Sunday, coming up to 48 hours now and still nothing

It seems like either you fell in a window or you didn’t. It’s becoming very irritating now, no agents available on chat. If it goes beyond today I will become pretty concerned.

I withdrew my balance c 11k to put in to my ISA yesterday Monday ay 0830. Still nothing and not answering the phone or chat. Very worrying.

Have they started blocking all the people who had their transaction failed via both telephone and online chat? Can't seem to get through at all.
