Transferred over £20k on Sunday, it's been 48 hours and still nothing!

Raise an official complaint, if you haven’t already.

This is one of the reasons I only make large transfers during the working week. Out of hours and you’re at risk of being caught up in the middle of IT changes or issues.

I made a sizeable transfer request around 9am yesterday morning. Deducted from my Tandem account but no sign of it arriving in my linked bank account. Online chat not very reassuring. Apparently it's an internal error and should be sorted in 2-24 hours. Just put in formal complaint as I needed these funds to invest elsewhere before expiry of a deadline. This has shaken my faith in Tandem and can't see me continuing to use them. Given the number of similar complaints appearing I doubt I'll be the only one jumping ship.

Woken up and still don’t have the money!

I wish there was a way of wriggling out of having my fixed savers with them now! 😂

At least there is a group of us - any way of MSE publicising these issues? Tandem don’t even use Twitter actively so I feel they are relying on our voices remaining individual.

Just tried a £1 test withdrawal. This was credited to bank within 10 mins. However did notice that confirmation message has changed from advising the transaction can take up to 2 hours to now advising that it can take up to 2 days. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

I'm trying to call through bang on a 9am and no one is even answering! They are an absolute shamble

I withdrew a pound later on the Sunday which worked, but the largest payment from earlier is in the ether. Went to chat to them, no agents available. More people are noticing or deciding it’s been too long…

I have always found them a little rogue, unwilling to put things in writing etc but the wheels really do seem to have come off here.
