Tandem withdrawal delay

32 hours and counting here, still nothing.

I've withdrawn all remaining funds as well (successfully), so this is a major issue for Tandem and not good enough.

Confidence lost in Chip the other week also, so that's a lot of funds being moved.

Let us know if there are any interest penalties you mentioned about for leaving , I doubt anything will be available as they will prob be worried how much £££ would leave them ! Really annoying this has happened as bank has been almost perfect for me over the last few years.

I wanted to raise it earlier but the chat agent barely wished to discuss the markers on my account let alone this, one for once I have received my money me thinks!

Got my money eventually well over 24 hours, bear in mind it's faster payments which should be instantaneous or 2 hours max. Communication from Tandem has been terrible. My balance is zero now so I'll be voting with my feet and closing the account.

Still nada for me, when did you instruct the payment? Mine was 13.00 on Sunday, supposedly reprocessed 17.58 yesterday. Mine is going into Triodos, so will be a slight delay there compared to others.

Sunday evening about 5pm, they said it was manually processed yesterday about 4pm, assuming you'll get yours shortly today too

Just got it, I had a reply from the complaints team so I have asked them about my £25.00 as well as my fixed savers. I do not really want to deal with Tandem after this to be honest!

I might pause before I sent the money onto my new ISA provider!

They could of handled this so much better if they stated from the start on Sunday there were issues, and given us a time-frame, except they left us in limbo.
When issues occur it's almost impossible to get in touch with them, no confidence in them at all now.
Won't be touching them in the future even if they were to have the best rates.

I'm so glad you've finally got your money. What a saga!
