Just had Tandem customer Services on the phone following up my complaint and apologising for the way it was handled. I appreciate that problems will happen in an IT world but the lack of information was a real PR disaster which they are now trying to remedy.1

Disappointingly I've just checked my Tandem account and it still only has £1.21 in it. I didn't try to withdraw anything at the weekend but I am still offended at everyone else being offended. Maybe I should complain that I haven't had twenty five quid.
