Seems like Tandem can't handle things, surely if that's the case you should be free to get your money back/out, compo etc.
So glad I only have £1 in there & stopped actively using them a long time ago0 -
My Sunday payment arrived in my bank this afternoon & they sent me 2 x £25 payments1

We can confirm it is fully resolved and all payment requests have now been completed.
As a gesture of goodwill, a £25 payment will be made into your external bank account by close of business tomorrow (Wed 10th April 2024).—
I don’t think this email is specific to me complaining as I got another email about that yesterday1 -

I've just received a second payment of £25 from Tandem.

Just had a pro-forma email from them regarding my complaint and setting out rights to go to the ombudsman etc - nearly put it in spam as it shows as coming from the 'Motor Finance Team'.Doesn't exactly inspire confidence ......0
