    Nor have I. So much for their assurance that it would be 24 hours maximum. I'm glad you got compensation as well.

    I made a withdrawal at 0800 this morning. Still not arrived at Santander.
  • No movement here either, looks like it’ll be another out of business hours period without the bulk of my savings! Not been paid the £25 either but did say only close the complaint once I actually have my money. Not best pleased!
  • The agents don’t really know anything about it - I checked in one last time before COB

    “The payments from over the weekend are being processed today following on from this error, once processed the funds will show in your account within 2-24 hours.”

    Same line as this morning

    I haven’t. Sunday 1pm till Tuesday from the looks. 

    They do quote up to 24h but it’s labelled instant access & they have accepted the blame.

    Still not resolved and customer service clocked off at 1700.

    Coincidentally my withdrawal was the entire balance of my account. I won't be back!

    I made a big transfer Sunday evening about 5pm and it still hasn't arrived at my nominated account yet, I spoke with them via chat and asked for compensation which they offered £25 too. Haven't received that £25 yet nor my money transfer to HSBC.
    I took a screenshot of them offering the £25 just incase they try to wiggle out of it.

    I’ve got 3 fixed savers with them so I’m stuck with them to some degree - but for “instant access” it might be curtains.

    I got an email from “motor finance complaints” saying the complaint was resolved - I replied saying not till I’ve had my money and the redress payment!

    I am not a fan of how they’ve handled this.

    Still waiting on a transfer (to Nationwide) from this morning - longest I've ever had to wait.  Will have to give them a call if it's still not turned up by tomorrow
