    Good to see you're finding things to do in your retirement @Jellybaby. I belong to two walking groups which is good for the Body Magic plus my dancing. I don't think marathon running is for me though. 😁

    I'd never thought of stuffing a cucumber @bubbs. 🤣

    Today's plan - 
    B- HEB toast, egg, bacon (P), baked beans (F), HEA 1 milk for drinks 
    L- JP (F), HEA 2 cheese, ham (P), pickles and tomatoes (S) 
    D- lamb hotpot (P, F, S), cauliflower and broccoli (S) 
    Syns - probably a few on the lamb chops 🤔

    I am full of good ideas Maman 🤣🤣 today we have stuffed BNS , bit of an asp day today i think.

    picky plate at lunch, had no banana today.

    Also got another  bargain today 😁 not as good as normal but quite happy with it!

    Oh guess what? No rain today 😁😁😁but bloody freezing had the heating on this morning when i was here!

    OMG!! sit down i don't want you to fall down 🤣

    Remember all the trouble with the gas and running out ? Well after my complaints we heard nothing and thought that's it, well dh has had an email, we are getting credited £125 for run out, £50 as a good will gesture!.

    They have identified there is a problem at Stony Stanton where we are supplied from and it has been sorted out 🤞🤞and saying that we was filled up on Saturday with over 20% still in the tank, lets hope it continues in the autumn/winter

    I'm out this evening straight from work. Former boss is having her retirement do. Think it's just drinks.... I've bought in breakfast and lunch and might have to grab something en route to London as going straight from here. DH left at 3.30am for camping in Wales so I was awake early - gonna be a loooong day!!
