Well done on your loss @Matron_Midge, excellent after a holiday. 👏👏👏 5lbs is very achievable by Christmas although I find the parties beforehand with beige nibbles more difficult than Christmas itself. 🤔

Did you weigh in today @bubbs? 🤔 It's always good to be well in target range.

We've had a lovely day out. The weather has been glorious, sunny and warm. The play was excellent with Felicity Kendal and Matthew Kelly in the lead roles. The meal at the Italian was delicious but definitely not SW friendly. I had garlic bread with my aubergine starter and a creamy sauce with the salmon pasta plus the wine syns. 

Back on plan tomorrow and hoping to rein back a bit on Saturday as I'm out dancing and driving.

No Maman, my weigh day is Saturday, you should know by now 🤣🤣 I only weigh Friday when it's hair cut .

I am not sociable so parties don't bother me 😂 probably a meal or 2 out , but there usually easy-ish

No was last  Saturday after getting back from my hols, the Saturday before.

No 5 more days, not that anyone is counting 🤣🤣🤣

Builder just told us that we have plumbers, painters and electricians coming in over the weekend so water or electricity could go off at any time. Of course, I want to get it done but I'll miss having a break from them. Thanks for listening to the moaning!🤣

Got another 2 boxes today 😜i wanted green beans any way and there is a bagful hiding them, i will take some peppers for SOTW basket tomorrow and some fres rosemary, had 2 packs of that as well , just take them out the original packs as they are fine, there was 2 nets red onions!

Morning all (just about) have had a rubbish week health & food wise and also went out yesterday so alcohol was consumed ( just 2 as I’m a lightweight as very rarely drink) so was convinced I’d gain. Didn’t though, actually lost 1lb 😳. Also had another early morning wake up call 🚽 🫣 went back to bed, so fed up! Over a month now. Had to do another ‘sample’(as previous was abnormal) yesterday but surgery gave me the wrong container so when they rang it was too late to do again. Now have to wait until Monday 😤
So glad I’m on holiday now as feel so drained (in more ways than one 🤣) . Also have the start of a sore throat, just got over the last one 😢.

Hope you’re all sitting down for this - I lost four pounds this morning! Not quite sure how as I’ve not done anything different but I’m taking it 😁

Fear that it’s all a mistake and I’ll put it back on next week is playing around my head. I’m going to do a food diary to keep me in check.  Had a sweet omelette with banana, raspberries and Kvarg for brunch and planning homemade burgers with huge salad and pickles for dinner. I’ll use roll for HEB choice too.

Waiting on someone coming to clean the guttering and a couple of trades for quotes for bits and pieces I keep putting off!  Other than that a nice, quiet day at home.
