Well done on your loss @bubbs. 👏👏👏 Like @SingleSue, you saw off your holiday gain really quickly. 👍
Stay strong @SingleSue, I'm sure your mum will create a drama when you're out of action this week but put yourself first for once.
Pleased your mum is coping and being careful @bubbs and you have your sisters in support. 👍1 -

It's been wet and a bit blowy today but nothing as bad as forecast. They cancelled the Great South Run as was expected to be a dangerous gale but it hasn't happened. I met DD1 for a coffee earlier which was nice.
We're eating out one day this week but other than that I'm hoping for a good week on plan.
Rather a lot of eggs today (perhaps not by your standards @bubbs😁) but I was taking advantage of being able to cook with more than the microwave at lunchtime as no builders on Sunday. My omelettes are more like a hash at the moment as I'm not very good at flipping them, usually I brown the top under the grill.
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, 2 eggs (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
L- Spanish omelette (P,S,F), ham (P), pickles (S)
D- chicken casserole (P,S,F), cauli, broccoli, cabbage (S)
Syns- cornflour 1, weekend wine😁0 -
Evening all 😁

Sending love to Mum, Bubbs 💞
Still tummy issues but had Dr phone (was at lunchtime & had nowhere to go so on playground 😱) . Not very helpful but did agree to doing more tests. As I had colonoscopy in January he thought as results were ok, that there’s probably nothing to worry about 🙄. Not helpful! They always seem to focus on unexplained weight loss, I can’t even get explained weight loss 😳🤣🤣. Anyway awaiting test results before having more blood tests & possible gastro referral (although never saw anyone when I was referred in January).
So WI was STS even though not eaten much 🤷🏼♀️
Four days till end of term 🤗🤗Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Sorry to hear your GP didn't really help you @TakeItEazy. 🤞the test results come through quickly and you get a good rest at half term.
Builders started fitting the kitchen today so it's getting closer. 😊
Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, eggs (P), mushrooms and tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
L- LO casserole and veg (P, S, F)
D- sausage and mash with green stuff, carrots and onions (P, S, F)
Syns - BGTY sausages 2, granule gravy 40
