    Morning all,

Hope you get your tummy troubles sorted @TakeItEazy
I’m excited for you @maman 😁 Right Move and looking at the kitchens is my guilty little pleasure 🤣

I’m loving the Lidl box @bubbs and only thing slightly spoiled was a red pepper but I diced up what I could. Trying desperately for DS to take over the shopping but not happening 😜

Still not 100% so another pottering around the house kind of day. Appetite is definitely improving!

    Food today:
    B - bran flakes, raspberries, yoghurt 0.5
L - pea and ham soup
D - roast chicken, cauliflower steaks, loads of roasted veg

    Have a good day everyone.

Procedure went well yesterday, exhausted today and stuck in my bed.

Good weight loss this week, 2.5lbs lost and I am so so chuffed. I also purchased new pyjamas, two sizes down from the previous ones!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

That's an excellent loss @SingleSue and a NSV on the two sizes dropped in pyjamas! 👏👏👏 Sorry to hear that you're in bed but at least you look good! 😁

Shame the DS doesn't want to be a permanent stand-in for the shopping @Jellybaby. ☹️

I didn't get to post yesterday but stayed on plan. It's been chaotic here. We've been out today as electric was off for most of the day. But tonight we'll have power in the kitchen and soon an oven! 🤣

Today I've had a SW breakfast fry up and a JP with cheese and salad in M&S. Syns seemed to be only in a tiny bit of dressing. I've got some LO veg I can have with pickles and ham later so today will be fine. 👍

Tomorrow, we're out for lunch before a theatre matinee. Lunch is in a lovely Italian so I'm going to have whatever I fancy on the menu and then get back on plan on Friday. 😊

  • Hi everyone. Got back from our hols Monday and avoided weighing in until today. I got straight back on plan and…….
Drumroll……….. I lost 1/2lb whilst I’ve been away. Can’t believe it! Must have been all the walking and gorgeous Spanish tomatoes that I consumed.
8 weeks before Christmas for me to weigh and I am challenging myself to lose 5lbs. That will mean I’m under target (only 1/2lb) and gives me plenty of wriggle room to thoroughly enjoy the festive break. For the first time in probably 10 years i finish on Christmas Eve and don’t go back until the following year I’m really quite excited.
Ive had a soft pitta with an apple and SW hummus for lunch and we are having jacket spuds with Bitsa for tea (beans, cheese, tuna, coleslaw) with chopped salad. Will have a proving yog for pudding if I need anything else
