Hi everyone
Reporting a 2lb loss this week (weighed on Saturday). Didn't weigh the previous week but have lost the 2 that I put on which I am pleased with. Still tinkering with how I manage my calories but overall pleased with my progress.
Some great losses on here and progress made in other areas. @catz4m8z - that's a brilliant weight loss overall. I have a lot to lose so am encouraged to see your progress. How did you achieve that, if you don't mind me asking?

STS for me this week. Not mad about it TBH, I was worried after hitting my initial target I would put weight on and spoil the moment!!LOL

I am going to say STS this week because I am not 100% sure. I fluctuated down and up again during the week and can't remember the exact weight recorded last week. There could be a 1lb error. On the one hand I have been trying the recipes in the Fast 800 book and had salad on Wednesday evening and home made soup yesterday. On the other hand I have done less walking this week due to persistent wet weather and an annoying slight sore throat/cold.2

Lost half a pound this week.
Actually surprised because I havent been exactly 'good' with my eating, def had a few snacky moments this last week.
But I have kept up my exercise and mostly eaten healthy.
So on the one hand I did eat an entire big bar of Green and Blacks chocolate one night (it was flippin' lovely!) but on the other hand one of my runs was 45 minutes (and I only started running a few months ago!
).....
Im gonna pretend that the calorie maths evens out.....ahem4 -
Gone on a food bender this last week or so, I could blame low mood or stress/anxiety or anything tbh, but the fact is I haven't cared how badly I've eaten.
If I weigh myself I know that will do more harm than good, the next 7 to 10 days are going to be hard mentally for me for a number of reasons so I won't add to that with a huge gain in black and white.
Next weigh day will be Sat 8th June, my last day as a 51 year old. Definite case of damage limitation!

Good morning. -1.5lb today please. I haven't tracked calories this week and thought I'd eaten more but I've also had 2 days where I've 'forgot' to eat. Yesterday we went to Drayton Manor and when I got back I sorted the children and was going to eat after and then realised when I got in bed that I hadn't, second time this week I've done it.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

Monday morning weigh in and it's -2.5 lbs for me. 😊
I recalculated my BMI. I'm not morbidly obese anymore, I'm obese. If I lose 4 more stones I'll be overweight. My aim is to be overweight 😉
Reduced my calorie intake, upped my water intake, and started gardening. (Only I had to keep stopping to oik up my jeans - the jeans that wouldn't fasten at the beginning of the year. 😊)
