As expected, a kilo gain. Hopeless. Wish I could enjoy a treat and then draw a line under it, my treats last weeks!
Just have to knock it off bit by bit again.

Hope all is well and congrats on your progress so far 🥳
It's been a few weeks since last weighing in here and I've changed my approach to dieting due to a health scare. This way seems more realistic and long term and I'm happy with the results so far. I lost 2.2lbs, then 5lbs, then 5.5lbs so nearly a stone off. I won't reach my optimistic loss for this quarter but it's always nice to dream 😂
I've started to use the Nutracheck app to log my food as MyfitnessPal just wasn't working for me anymore

I recalculated my BMI. I'm not morbidly obese anymore, I'm obese. If I lose 4 more stones I'll be overweight. My aim is to be overweight 😉
Reduced my calorie intake, upped my water intake, and started gardening. (Only I had to keep stopping to oik up my jeans - the jeans that wouldn't fasten at the beginning of the year. 😊)

Put on 1Ib this week (well, .8 of a Ib but close enough!).
Flippin' nightshifts throwing me off again. I ate way too much mooching around the house between shifts (did I need to eat an entire box of chocolates? erm...probably not!LOL).
Dont think I will ever prevent the nibbles so I am going to prep the fridge and cupboards with healthier snack options and see if that helps.
On the plus side the other day I bought a pair of jeans in New Look in a size 8!Im currently in that weird body dysmorphia phase of weight loss where clothes look teeny on the hanger and then you get into them and wonder how they expanded! Not to mention staring at yourself too much in mirrors coz it looks like a stranger....even my shadow doesnt look like mine anymore!
Its weird, but Im really not hating it!4 -

Good morning. Well done everyone. -1.5ib today please. Was so close to 2 (just 0.1lb off) but not counting it until its gone.
I haven't been watching calories but I've still been careful with what I've eaten and we've been swapping rooms with the girls over the weekend so a bit of weigh lifting there I guess. Once we've finished swapping I'm going to fetch out my smaller size jeans to try on as my 14s are really baggy on the legs now.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554
