Hello
Another 1lb loss for me this week. On impulse this week, I have just bought a new recipe book from the Fast 800 /5:2 diet programme. I am not planning to follow it rigidly because I don't want to crash diet but it has some good recipes for main meals with an indication of the calories. I was running out of ideas.5 -
1lb loss to report please.
I'm going to struggle for a few days now. I'm on holiday for a week, plus I'm absolutely gutted I didn't get a much needed promotion I went for. I'm going to try hard and not console myself with wine and snacks so much, and try not to get down over it. I'm just beyond fed up of putting so much effort into work and not getting anywhere. It's just so frustrating and makes me feel c*ap about myself. Grrr!
We're doing a lot of walking this holiday which I'll enjoy, but mustn't overdo the food and drink.
Hope y'all have a good week.4 -

This is early as I am not around next week.
I should be doing a lot of walking in that week so hope the next weigh-in also reports a loss.). I can only hope that's 1 lb of muscle in each leg !)

Morning all xx
Monday morning weigh in and it's STS for me.
I'm going to have a recalibration- what worked last quarter isn't working this quarter. But I'm not giving up.

Sorry I've been MIA, not really keeping up with tracking food properly or staying on track.
Got on the scales this morning and up 3lbs 😥
So not only do I have to relose the weight, but apparently I'm not at a point where I can eat without regaining, which doesn't bode well for when I'm at maintenance.
But I'm back on, have a meal plan for the week and an aim to stop the snacking again.3
