Hurray! 3lbs down this weigh in! At last! 8lbs left to go. Being strict with calorie counting, - homemade soup and eve meals, and drinking 2ltrs a day. Daily yoga most days, meeting step goal, several 20 mins Joe W HIIT workouts plus a couple of c25k runs. I know this works, it's just keeping the motivation going.
Hope everyone has a good week!4 -
Hello
Weighday + 1lb please Brambling.
Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025
1st quarter - 17.5lbs 🥇
2nd quarter - 6lbs 🥈3rd quarter -
4th quarter -1 -
@Brambling Weighday -1lb please My current weight was a stumbling block 4 years ago and I gave up then. Just couldn't get below it whatever I tried. It felt as though the scales had locked themselves and were only willing to go upwards. I could maintain it but not lose more.
Will have to see what happens next week. I did do a 12 mile quite strenuous walk last Sunday and another shorter one on Tuesday.

I am pleased to report a -1 lb.
This is early as I am not around next week.
I should be doing a lot of walking in that week so hope the next weigh-in also reports a loss.

I am down -1kg. Pretty pleased - mainly focusing on establishing my exercise routine before tackling diet.5

Decided to have a week off this week, my heels are blistered and the same achilles area on both feet are on fire at various times, no point making them worse.
Realistically my walks are good in many ways, fresh air, helps my messed up head a liitle but also gets me out - long periods inside mean food food food.
So I've had the odd treat, a meal out (which should be a freebie) and enjoyed them without going ott.
Now its time to hit the road again if I can and hopefully this time next week I'll be back as near as possible to the 99.9kgs I was last week.
All the best for the next 7 days, some great results.3 -
-1/2 lb please Brambling ,

STS this week. I've managed my daily steps, three C25K runs and a 25 min workout most days. Stuck to my food plan. Aiming for the same next week - I might not have lost weight but I've gained some muscle tone and am definitely fitter!
Hope everyone has agood week :-)5 -
Hi everyone
Some great progress by the looks of things.2lbs on for me this week Brambling. This is fine -
- off work with lots of socialising
- birthday last weekend.- I have tracked everything on the calorie app so the gain is no mystery. Too much eating out but have had a fab week so feel 2lbs is fine. I’m hoping that it will come off next week - back to normal from today.L x6
