weighing in with a -2lbs for me this week.
Started monday with trying to use up what was in the house, then had a food shop on Wednesday and got my bum in gear.....then son had a rough day saturday with a tooth extraction (hes 19 but didnt do well) and so its been a stressful weekend and mother nature paid me a visit yesterday. Joy. Trying to not inhale the contents of the naughty cupboard.
But Im happy with the - 2 and will keep at it this week and not lose focus!Time to find me again5 -
Hi everyone,
I'd like to join in please. I've been teetering on a plateau edge for months now, but this morning the scale goddess shone a little glimmer of hope. It's given me a renewed enthusiasm, so I'd like to set myself a challenge of losing the last 10 kg before the end of the year. Over the last couple of years I've lost nearly 40 kg but then got stuck in January. It's been so hard trying to keep going with no progress. I'm a "scale junkie" and have to weigh myself every morning, but I'll only report progress on Mondays.5 -

This time I have to admit to a 1 lb gain.
And this week I'm away for four days - 3 meals a day plus morning coffee and biscuits and tea and a slice of cake in the afternoon. I will try my best!

Hi all, some great progress this week! Every bit helps :-)
Going to call STS this week as at my partner's.
I have managed daily yoga, a couple of HIIT workouts and a run. Achieved my step goal most days. Meals have been protein shakes for breakfast, hm soup for lunch and calorie counted meals. We enjoyed a 6 mile walk and pub lunch, and a lazy 'snack' day over the lovely long weekend. This week will be hopefully mostly the same! I must get back into my running though!!
Hope you all have a good week :-)2 -
Sadly put on 2 lb this week, too much snacking I believe.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%
