Hi everyone
4lb loss for me this week. Weighing a day early as we are away for the weekend.I’m still in the honeymoon phase as I have a lot to lose but it was a well planned week. As decided last week more calories put into meals (rather than the very low calorie meals I habitually choose) and this worked really well. Tried to add the extra with good fats etc.
Will see how I get on at the weekend. Won’t have too much control over the menu so I’ll aim to control what goes in my mouth.Hope next week goes well for everyone- I read along to it all and some great losses.L x5 -
Hmm, only half a pound for me
I’m cheering you all on, even if my progress hasn’t been great

1Ib lost for me.
Really shocked at that TBH. I was eating junk earlier in the week, missed a weights session and for some reason was obsessed with salty foods. I even weighed myself midweek and Id put on 5Ibs (must of been very bloated!!LOL).
This is why you shouldnt sweat a single weigh in....so many things can make you swing up or down.
Have no plans for weight loss for the next week or two as Im having plasterers in to redo half the house so it will be stress and chaos the whole time, Im just aiming to STS those weeks!5 -
Hi Brambling, I won't give you my weight until the end of the quarter, 30.06.24? or until I have something positive to post whichever comes first. I have been away on holiday and gained 5lbs, mostly enjoyed the weight gain, except for all the aches and pains I had when I got back and still have. Mission now to be more savvy, first day to really try for it - this evening I had home made 5% Beef burger, salad and chips. This is amazing for me, I hadn't made salad for myself for quite some time, and to make a home made burger rather then shop bought also big plus! Onwards and downwards 🏋️♀️😊 Feeling positive.

Good morning.
-1/2lb for me today please.
I was hoping for a little more as I've added in a bit of exercise this week. Shortish walks (between 2.6 and 6km) but at quiet a pace for me. Over the weekend, with DH, I managed 5 and 5.4kph average walks (thats quiet fast for my tiny, unfit legs). I usually average around 4.4 so it definitely got my heart rate up. I have to go slower through the week with the children though. I'm feeling it today though.
I did have to buy some snacks on the shop yesterday, snack a Jack's, cereal bars.... I've hot to the point that I NEED sugar! I keep searching the pantry but luckily I've avoided the chocolate. I just thought having something low calorie with a tiny bit of chocolate might help that craving.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554
