-1lb please. Disappointed because yesterday I weighed myself and got -2lb. I nearly posted it but told myself to wait until today. I didn't eat that much yesterday at all so I am surprised.

Hi Brambling, I won't give you my weight until the end of the quarter, 30.06.24? or until I have something positive to post whichever comes first. I have been away on holiday and gained 5lbs, mostly enjoyed the weight gain, except for all the aches and pains I had when I got back and still have. Mission now to be more savvy, first day to really try for it - this evening I had home made 5% Beef burger, salad and chips. This is amazing for me, I hadn't made salad for myself for quite some time, and to make a home made burger rather then shop bought also big plus! Onwards and downwards 🏋️‍♀️😊 Feeling positive.

    Good morning.
    -1/2lb for me today please.

I was hoping for a little more as I've added in a bit of exercise this week. Shortish walks (between 2.6 and 6km) but at quiet a pace for me. Over the weekend, with DH, I managed 5 and 5.4kph average walks (thats quiet fast for my tiny, unfit legs). I usually average around 4.4 so it definitely got my heart rate up. I have to go slower through the week with the children though. I'm feeling it today though.

I did have to buy some snacks on the shop yesterday, snack a Jack's, cereal bars.... I've hot to the point that I NEED sugar! I keep searching the pantry but luckily I've avoided the chocolate. I just thought having something low calorie with a tiny bit of chocolate might help that craving.
