Walked loads, ate better (especially over the weekend) and generally tried to cut out the unnecessary stuff like crisps.
Hope everybody has a good week.
But it works twofold for me, its exercise (never liked running unless there was a football involved) and it gets me out......staying in with food around me is not a good combination.
But you are right, you cannot out train a bad diet so realistically the food intake has to come down.
I do roughly 45-50 miles a week, you'd think that would give me a little margin for error 😊3 -
Hi all, STS this week. Happy with that as I've had friends staying - so a couple of really enjoyable meals out. I ate frugally during the day to offset the evening food. But still...
I've managed my step count most days, and done yoga. Now it's warming up hopefully it won't be too cold to do yoga in the mornings! And I will feel motivated to go running.
Approaching gremlins this week - away for work one night, so hotel breakfast, eve meal out and supermarket lunches. Food plan otherwise is a protein shake and fruit for breakfast, lentil and veg soups with a pitta, and a bag of low cal crisps or fruit for lunch, and a healthy low carbish eve meal. Must get back into a sensible routine.
Well done on the weight losses and STS, hope you have a good week!2 -
STS for me this week.
Honestly though not to bothered...if I only lose a Ib a month that will be fine. Im more interested in sustainable diet and exercise and if that means I set my calories abit higher and lose slower then fine.
I really dont want to be 'on a diet' coz then you have to work out how to come off it again!!LOL3 -
