I'm playing catch up this morning so I hope i haven't missed any weigh ins - poke me if I have!
Well done for everyone braving the scales especially after a difficult food week all we can do is just keep trying. I've had a bad food weekend and have eaten far too much rubbish outside of my meals. I need to do better I'm my own worst enemy and unfortunately can't blame anyone else for bringing bad snack food choices into the house.

I need to find a exercise which i can do with my dodgy hip, i use to regularly walk 8 - 10 miles but unfortunately i can't do that anymore so need a alterative to top up the short walks i now do. I'm not much of a swimmer I don't like going out of my depth but I'll try and see if there are any aqua exercise classes locally once i finish work as the ones i have seen are week days. Any ideas?

Hi all it's 1 lb off for me today, happy with that after a lucky dip first week.
Continuing a flexible 8/16 often eat dinner late, so not quite working, but it keeps me aware of the benefit of actually being hungry before I eat!

I knew I had been doing badly - comfort eating, birthdays, holidays and so have been avoiding the scale. I am up 1 kg.
