  • 0.6kgs/1.5lbs off this week.

Weighed in 4 times this week and now know how much I can gain in one Sat evening so controlling that will hopefully help me going forward.

    Desperate to get under 100kgs.

Nothing exciting to report, really. Managed parkrun this morning, as I am trying to do a good amount of movement everyday 30-60 min. Yesterday I had a walk planned but it got a bit sunk as my sister called and connection was bad so I sat on a picnic table most of the time. But had done yoga earlier.

Im saying STS this week (well, I lost .4 of a Ib but Im not counting it!).

Im actually happy with that though as this week has had alot of 'junky' foods in I dont normally eat. But even though I dont calorie count I tried to keep a general idea in the back of my head and tried to even out my calories and stick to portion sizes of crisps or deserts.
Also kept up my exercise and managed to run 25 mins on my C25k program!

So its a good week for me! :)

  • I think the ability to keep plodding on @IzzyBee is probably the key skill involved in successful weightloss.

    Good morning all

Monday morning weigh in and it's + 0.5 lb for me. It's the first time I've gained since I started on 8th January and I know exactly why. After a stressful week my motivation / willpower dipped and I 'treated' myself to pizza and chips delivered in on Saturday night.

Bit cross with myself as that blew the calorie counting and the budget in one go. But not beating myself up. It's a learning curve.

Great to read about all your losses. Exactly the inspiration I need.

Good morning. Well done to everyone on their losses. Just popping in to report a loss of -0.5lb.
I knew it wouldn't be much, if any as I'd had way too many fatty foods even though I stayed roughly on track with the calories and there definitely wasn't much exercise done this week

Hi all, for various reasons, i.e. eating too much and not moving enough, I have put 2lbs on :-( I've just felt fed up with 'things', tired and not motivated at all.

This week I will make a proper effort to get back on track with calorie counting and exercise. I need the mojo I had last quarter to come back please 🤞🤣 Hopefully the nicer weather will motivate me :-) I've started weeding my garden so at least I did something at the weekend :-)
