I watched a feature on the 5:2 diet on tv this morning. Have any of you tried it? Just curious.
I haven't, but a friend of mine has and says it has helped him get rid of 10lbs this year. He has a sedentary job with long hours. Reckons it suits him!

Well, heading back from my work trip away and boy did I go over calories! It is difficult to find somewhere to eat out with low cal food. Plus I feel like I'm in 'treat mode' when work pays for food. Even supermarket salads are pretty calorific and don't fill me up :-(

    Back 'to it' tomorrow!

Down 0.5kg which I am really pleased about as my focus this week was not to increase any further before focussing on trying to lose weight.
