lost 1Ib this week.
Very happy with that. Plasterers in all week and so I couldnt get to my kitchen properly and had no floor space to exercise (cant even get out of the house due to having 3 elderly dogs with health issues).
So I prepped as many low cal snacks and meals as possible to stick in the fridge and have been doing alot of walking on the spot whilst watching telly!
I think Ive done quite well given the circumstances......(will now pat self on back!!LOL).

I’ve stayed the same this week and I don’t know how because I’ve been shocking I’ve got to get my head around I’m failing miserably CATZ you have done really well especially having plastering done two of my sons are plasterers and I know what a mess it is and it has a horrible smell the worst room in the house to get any work on is the kitchen so you really do deserve a pat on the back1

Good morning!
Not sure if all the exercise last week finally paid off or if its just because I've been poorly and hardly ate (no exercise since Wednesday as I'm out of breath just going upstairs) but it's -2lb this week please.
I wish I'd taken measurements at the beginning as I don't feel any smaller but yesterday my belt was on its tightest hole and still very loose. Its only a £2.50 belt though, so could just be stretching rather than my belly disappearing.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

Morning all xx
Monday morning weigh in shows -2 lbs for me.
That's half a stone off this quarter; two stones off this year. 😊
Now for the next half stone. I still have a looong way to go.
Well done to everyone for keeping at it. We can do this! One day at a time.

Morning all,
Was going to wait until the end of the month to weigh to make myself feel better and allow myself time to reverse some damage but instead, I'm going to guilt myself into working that much harder. I've been ill the past couple of weeks and I chose food to be my comforter. So I've undone most of my progress. Reporting a gain of 9.3lbs
Must do better. Will do better
Starting weight - 306.2 lbs

This week's report - STS.
That's after a few days away last week not doing very much which led to a 2lb gain. However by cutting back on Saturday and Sunday, a reasonable intake on Friday, and some walking and gardening when I got back redeemed the situation to at least standing still.
I may weigh in again on Friday as I shall be away again on Monday (this time for a more active holiday).

Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin3 -
well done everyone for weighing in - i avoided it last week which i think was a mistake as i have carried on eating!
Bazza congratuations on breaching the 100kg
Candiii you've braved the scales so now you know what you are dealing with
I hope every one has a good weekLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin5 -
Hi everyone
Rather late this week - reporting a STS for last Saturday's weekend - pleased with that as I was away with work Tue-Fri (this is rare for me in terms of being away for 4 days) and however much I plan it, I always end up doing something away from that plan.
I am off this week as my birthday was at the weekend - quite a lot of socialising planned so I would be thrilled with another STS this Saturday - but we'll see......even a small gain would be okay I feel.
I hope everyone else is pleased with their progress - not necessarily about weight loss for me at the moment, also about learning more and working out how to manage situations that have previously derailed me.
