1Ib lost this week.
Very important Ib though as Ive now hit my target!! woo hoo!!
am now half a Ib under my goal weight of 10st which is flipping amazing (a year and a half ago I was resigned to being 17st and figured it was just how I was supposed to be). Kinda weird too going from so unfit a flight of stairs would have me panting to finishing up my C25K program this week.
Although Im not stopping just yet! Whilst 10st is fine for my height (5ft 5) I would like to try and get to 9st. So this will now be like my 'bonus round'! Im not going to force myself to lose more with any extreme measures but if I can with healthy diet and exercise then great.
(can I also say.....'screw you, Menopause!!' reaching a certain age doesnt mean you have to accept a gradual decline. You can change things for the better instead!)5 -
Hi everyone I’m back on track at last feel like I’ve got my head round it after a bit of a struggle plenty’s of healthy eating and no snacks which is definitely my downfall and a bit more excercise 4 LB loss5

13 stones 11 today. Somewhere along the line, I have lost 3lbs.
I will start properly tomorrow.
I have upped my activity to 25 miles walking per week with the (very) occasional bike ride and game of badminton thrown in. I just eat all the time!5 -

Happy belated birthday Less_Talk.
Well done on everyone's progress.
Surprisingly a -1/2LB please. I've had a sinus infection and felt rubbish and food intake hasnt been too great either. We had mcd's Monday. A takeaway milkshake Tuesday and made burgers 1 day in the week.
If I can keep going, in a couple of weeks or at least by the end of the challenge, I should just hit the healthy BMI range.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

Morning all xx
Monday morning weigh in and it's -1/2 lb for me.
I'm way off target for losing 21 lbs this quarter but inspired by all your posts and not beating myself up about it.
Thank you all

Happy Monday!
Some lovely numbers this weeks and the occassional purple devil mine included, I'm also blaming the birthday.
