13 stones 11 today. Somewhere along the line, I have lost 3lbs.

    I will start properly tomorrow.

I have upped my activity to 25 miles walking per week with the (very) occasional bike ride and game of badminton thrown in. I just eat all the time!
You sound eerily similar to me!

    1Ib lost this week.

Very important Ib though as Ive now hit my target!! woo hoo!! :D
am now half a Ib under my goal weight of 10st which is flipping amazing (a year and a half ago I was resigned to being 17st and figured it was just how I was supposed to be). Kinda weird too going from so unfit a flight of stairs would have me panting to finishing up my C25K program this week.

Although Im not stopping just yet! Whilst 10st is fine for my height (5ft 5) I would like to try and get to 9st. So this will now be like my 'bonus round'! Im not going to force myself to lose more with any extreme measures but if I can with healthy diet and exercise then great.
(can I also say.....'screw you, Menopause!!' reaching a certain age doesnt mean you have to accept a gradual decline. You can change things for the better instead!) :)
Well done for reaching your goal! You made me wonder whether to try and lose more than I am currently planning. I am 5ft 6 and now just under 12 stone. My eventual target is 11st (the weight I was before Covid lockdown started) though the target on this challenge is more modest as a starting goal. I was once 9st but a long time ago (well before peri meno started).

    Happy belated birthday Less_Talk.

    Well done on everyone's progress.

Surprisingly a -1/2LB please. I've had a sinus infection and felt rubbish and food intake hasnt been too great either. We had mcd's Monday. A takeaway milkshake Tuesday and made burgers 1 day in the week.
If I can keep going, in a couple of weeks or at least by the end of the challenge, I should just hit the healthy BMI range.
