    Following a very disciplined week, I can report a 4 lb loss.

    As expected I've put on some weight - 3lbs - after my week off. I was active, using up a lot of cals, but overdid the treats and booze. I'm hoping most of the gain is bloat as I definitely did not overeat by 11000 calories in a week 🤣🤞 We'll see next weigh in!! 🤞

    Back to work blues today, plus feeling the emotional fallout for not getting the promotion I went for.

    Back to 5-10k running training, daily yoga and HIIT / weights workouts.

    Calorie counted meal plan this week=
    Greek yogurt and fruit for breakfast
    Homemade soup and a roll, or greek salad for lunch
    Something and potatoes and veg, or defrosted HM meal - got lots of tatties to use up and I'm by myself this week 🙄

    I was really shocked to hear about Michael Moseley this evening. I have only just read his book on the 5:2 diets. His recipe books are on my coffee table downstairs and I have tried a few recipes in the past week.

    @Brambling. Minus 1/2 lb for me please. Next week will be hard because I am going to a work conference in Leeds from Wednesday to Friday which includes 2 evening dinners. Just hope I can maintain my current weight.
