Weigh day -3.5lbs please Brambling.Finally lost the last of my recent gain just in time for my mini break this weekend!Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025
1st quarter - 17.5lbs 🥇
2nd quarter - 6lbs 🥈3rd quarter -
4th quarter -5 -
I have to admit to a gain of 2 lb.
Disappointing but I did have a very nice break away with people not seen for over 50 years as they now live in New Zealand.3 -

A 3lbs loss please @Brambling. Sadly not due to hard work and willpower, but being ill and no appetite over the last week. Hopefully won't put it all back on when my appetite returns! Although I'm surprised, because all I've fancied to eat is carby beige things, like toast, soup and bread, crisps and chips. With the odd orange. And I haven't moved much at all. Oh well, will take the win 🤣2
