Weight loss and healthy eating for a debt free life

How is everyone doing, I've completely flipped what I was doing on its head as I realised not eating enough was leaving me tired so I've switched things up and I'm trying to focus on eating a better diet. Having a breakfast smoothie every morning, eating more cooked from scratch food and trying to focus on wellbeing. Slowly but surely the scales are seeing a difference.
Hope everyone is still managing to keep ticking along with the weight loss but most importantly happy and healthy.Mortgage free 2021Debt free 2024

That sounds like it's going really well @Rud0lf, I've just started doing similar. I'm trying to reduce carbs and processed foods and eat a lot more fruit and veg. I've lost a little bit of weight, but I had gained before that so it doesn't count yet

It still counts even if it's been counted before but I know what you mean. It's still going in the right direction xxjwil said:That sounds like it's going really well @Rud0lf, I've just started doing similar. I think this is a really underrated way of thinking.. I generally try to eat MORE at mealtimes, since its healthier, more veg / protein / complex carbs. The idea being that I'm not hungry a couple of hours later and hence not tempted into snacking with those sugary snacks.Rud0lf said:How is everyone doing, I've completely flipped what I was doing on its head as I realised not eating enough was leaving me tired so I've switched things up and I'm trying to focus on eating a better diet. I'm actively trying to do this as well, and it's definitely reduced my snacking!saajan_12 said:
