😂😂 To be fair it does finish at 10 😂 and is effectively work for Mr C. Should be quite mellow from my perspective. He does a real range of stuff. Saturday night he was drumming in a biker bar, but tonight is an upstairs room in a pub, low lighting, and I should be able to sit back and let it wash over me...

And try not to fall asleep....
My Christmas tree is on the spare room bed. This is because I have to clear out the cupboard it lives in and if I put the tree in the chances of me doing that cupboard drop immensely

I didn't fall asleep as it turns out - I was walking through town when Mr C rang to tell me he'd arrived at the gig a week early 🙄😂😂 So I am delighted to report that I am already home 😂😂

Well at least that is a decent time for a school night 😉

Indeed, and I was in bed before 10 and asleep by 10.15, it was delightful 😁 woke naturally at half 6 - still didn't manage to smash an octopod coffee though 🙄 (they've still got gr3ggs ones left if you're after one!)

Hope the brake thing gets sorted today & that you enjoy your sleep-over - lol - again on a school night - adulting has it's perks 😉🤣
I had a laugh this morning when I saw that my garden centre order originated up your way - I was very puzzled as the head location along with the majority of their stock is actually 1/2 hour away from me! It was supposed to be delivered tomorrow but the tracking tells me it will be here today - most inconvenient!4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!! Ha, yes adulting does have its perks! Although the only reason I'm sleeping over is to save myself 2 hours of driving 😬 actually ended up not going to bed til nearly midnight - slept well at first but then fitfully from about 5am so might have been better at home but never mind!
Another day of many meetings 😬 Didnt even manage to get a cup of tea after 11am yesterday as there were so many things in a row in different buildings 🙄 Today should be marginally better (definitely if I remember to take the travel cup out of the car 🙄).
Then the second week at my experimental new club in the evening. Won't be home til after 10 so poor old Mr C will be feeling most neglected!
Shouldn't need to spend anything though - and of course I made lunch on Sunday so it's happily in the fridge at work 😊 Along with yesterday's breakfast - I had to wait longer than anticipated for the car so ended up having an egg butty in a nearby cafe for breakfast, so I can have yesterday's breakfast for tea before I go out tonight 😊

Goodness me I am sick of this week! Yet more changes at work (and never good ones, of course), and when I rang Mr C to tell him, he was all in a tizz because there had been a snow flurry and his car had slid into a parked car going round a corner in town 🙄 Didnt want to block the road so parked up to find a pen to write a note, went back and the car had gone 🙄 Knocked on loads of doors, left his number with an old woman who had no idea whose car it was, has since been back 3 times and it's still not there. So now he's sat in town fretting that he's going to get into trouble 😬
