I am at least feeling in good company over here with lots of other people with aches and pains too! having said that my own back isn't feeling too bad today so I'm sorry that other people are suffering!

You're doing well with Agile by the look of it Cheery! We have firmly taken the view that it is the bigger picture that matters, so while not every day will be brilliant, and some weeks might not even see much of a saving, as long as the figures are right at the end of each month that's what matters. It was good to see someone else saying that times like Christmas are often pretty decent too!

I don't have a problem timing cooking & heating as mine is all by gas.  But my freezer seems to have been on for hours.  I have also been running usage checks on DW & WM.  The wm was a real eyeopener.  Most of my white goods are many many years old so I suspect that is the cause of some large usage.  Although the difference between a 90deg & 40 wash was really noticable, but it does need the odd 90 to stop it going manky.  The freezer is over 20 & fridge around 30 so was due to be replaced when I finally get the kitchen redone & I am assured that newer ones are more efficient.  I just need someone to put a bomb up me & make me sort the stuff that needs doing downstairs.

Hope it eases up soon. Have you tried CBD balm or gel?

Not yet Beanie, have you found it helpful?

Mr Cheery came home with co-codamol and deep heat extra strength cream 😊 This evening has been a bit easier, but I have no idea whether that's either of those things, the afternoon bath, working standing up for a bit, or the distraction of having friends round for tea 😂 Another friend recommended some herbal patches which I've ordered and which should arrive tomorrow - between all those things something might work, although we'll likely never know which it was😂

Working at home again tomorrow, going to start the day with a bath and plan to spend most of it working standing up, including a couple of meetings, and get out for a walk in the middle of the day too.

Did another 10 mins of yoga before getting into bed. I'd like to do something every day, even if at the minute it feels quite ridiculous as I'm barely moving. Feels like a good habit to get into!

Nowt much else to report. Reserved my free cuppa from the Octopods to use later in the week - only just realised I can do that rather than having to use it on the same day 😊

Need to ponder the weekend - we're actually going away on Friday night to see a friend's band play, finally staying in the Premier inn I booked months ago. Must remember I didn't book breakfast!

    Right, sleep...

Thanks beanie, I'll investigate if it doesn't pass soon.

Had a bath before starting work this morning, and am working standing up in the kitchen. Just had one meeting, about to go into another. Not enjoying standing up and am going to attempt some perching for the next one...
