In haste as off to book group & need a bath! Feel Ok but a bit flat IYKWIM! STarted RC diet today and dont care what she says - I was hungry! Feel a bit flat TBH and hoping the book group helps! Did book my leave for teh rest of the year & had more than I thought so at least 2 weeks off between now & end of Mch!! Digging to do, cupboards to sort! In haste! Will pop in later Keep up the good work sea - got my nicorette tabs but not feeling v. strong - not drinking, smoking & eating healthily all is one day feels a lot at this exact moment in time!! Reting not to think "well 2 out of 3...."!!

Evening all! Just back from a long day that was meanto be a quiet one! Team lunch that we have once a month turned into a bit of a saga as one of the girls got a bone from a rib (chinese) in her throat so poor thing elt awful & panicky so spent the afternoon in A&E with her. She's now home with bf getting lots of TLC and has to go back tomrrow. No bone on x-ray but they'll put a camera down tomorrow to check tht is jus a scratch that she feels now. Really felt for her as awful but think I was of some use as was assertive on her behalf!
Not done great on smoking front but def smoked less. DIet was a disaster today but then knew it would be! Book group was embarassing as I read the wrong book! Have no idea why I thought it was one flew over the cuckoos nest but was meant to have read clockwork orange but having heart the content was glad I didnt!! Sounds violent & horrible!
Just cleaned the turtle and now chilling & catching up on emails. Feel ok but tired IYKWIM! Got a nice quiet w/e planned & must get on with CJ! How are others doing?!

Hi there!
Feeling a bit happier! Took my friend to hospital and then into work and thankfully all ok. Just discovered that I am on call tonight - thankfully someone rang me & reminded me! Got my new kettle which is worth the money & so much nicer than the one that melted. Sometimes worth paying a bit more me thinks as the £6 hasnt lasted 3 months so a waste IMO! Watching five news & Burberry have just launches a £13,000 (& no thats not a typo!) handbag...nuts! Theres a waiting list for it apparently thus confirming the world has truely gone mad & I'm the sane one for once!

I did it on SUnday 12 stone 11! eek! BUT at my weeblest I was 16 10 so some improvement!!
