    hurro! Am now chilling and went to W at about 10 so a nice slow day. Tomorrow my last day of the week and then have Fri off...friend just came round with her bf who is an architect...soundproofing the sitting room would cost at least 1500 which isnt good news...he's given me a co to go and see for a chat and get a better idea...
    Was going to home group tonight but still feeling ikky so didnt and was also going to make cake but didnt for same reason! Nice quiet eve and early night due - all been a bit manic this week and caught up on me..

    That sounds very expensive, i was wondering about this and just mooting the possibility that builders or developers should have sorted this originally. I don't know how recently converted/how old your flat is, but it could be worth a try.

    A quiet evening will do you good. Have just treated myself to really good mutivitamens today as others just weren't helping me and feel full of energy, could be in the mind but i feel good.

    hi there...yipee day off tomorrow! Today at w*** and got my contact lenses and now know what my best mate said when she said "eek eek" at the end of the day! Only lasted 2 hrs this pm and then 1 this eve with them in - they def take some getting used to!
    Just watching Hugh...non nom!! Bob I already take a multi vit but will take some iron as the hormones constant again and as always takes it out of me after a few weeks - literally draining!
    My friend (whose bday it was today - she loved the cake and jodi piccoult book I gave her) boyfriend emailed me the cos for the flooring so will investigate tomorrow. What a lovely bloke!
    Weekend is qyuet altough have been asked to look after ollie (for a late one!) sat night - may stay over but will see! Car boot been postponed as will be raining so allotment, patchwork andnot too much housework over the w/e! Lovely plus I have a couple of short weeks ahead as taking hols cos I've got lots to take...manu and Alfie very sweet - lying asleep back to back! aww....

    I have just watched him ..absolute bliss, i am suffering bean envy though and was nearly sick at the beetroot..hate the stuff, yuck!

    what are you upto this weekend? hopefully you'll get some rest.
    I'm working tomorrow for a while (with the vain hope i'll get paid for it), had to take OH to work this morning which was a killer and should have been doing housework since i got back but have been online since i've been back. Norty girl! Supose i'd best get up and do something or the guilt will really kick in.
