Just popped home for food before class...not much to report! book group was good but must have food befoe I go in future as it cost 8 for basic food....the busy day at w and now in and out...nice night in tomorrow though!

hehe ...yup bob all this popping is exhausting and I'm definately a home bird! Thankfully I have a lovely quiet weekend planned! Class was good a a bit more complex than last weeks plus had to unpick some due to incorrect measuring but enjoying it. Interesting to watch how people interact in groups and always makes me laugh how some are just like school in terms of clique/being unfriendly and it makes me laugh more than anything...thankfully most are lovely and friendly and I hope I am the same. My mum has always had this theory that if people are nasty/beatchy then you should be extra nice cos they hate that so I always have enormous fun being supa dupa nice and friendly and enjoy watching them squirm and tonight was no exception!! oh I am bad...I love watching peoples faces/reactions when I'm getting one up...sooo satisfying...mum would be proud and no matter what I still return home to my lovely babies...Alfie purring his head off beside me and Dawn about to go on another adventure! Mind you I still have an awful lot to learn about patchwork!! hugs all...

:rotfl: You sound just like me at times..i do exactly the same..riles them up no end. I find it very useful in the staff room as they are a bit like that at times too..especially if you sit in someones percieved place:rotfl: I remember once, i was told that visiting teachers weren't allowed in the staff room, she stood there with a smirk on her face and i said ..very wise, i very rarely go into staff rooms because they are filthy places and always take my own drinks and cups because of this. Walked off and had a jolly nice time:rotfl: with decent brew and sandwiches plus i didn't have to make small talk with anal retentive woman:rotfl:

hehe! Naughty but nice!! Good day in work with annual review so goals set for next year and lovely compliments from my boss plus makes me see how I've come on in the last year - more confident and less aggressive but still have my moments - esp with idiots! Then went to see another team to benchmark (ie nick and share ideas!!) via the patchwork shop that is actually in someones sort of house!! Got some fabric for l's quilt as using the patterned fabric for it all will be too much...just done litter trays and have to cook tomorrows meal, hoover and then chill...trying to get limescale out of middle of the shower tap which is sticking so came up with (not so) cunning plan to tape a bag of vinegar round it...needless to say more went on me than the lever and I now stink so a bath may also be in order as its not a nice smell...eugh! will catch up on you all later...

could have done but it didnt work anyway...will have to come up with a plan b...any ideas? Its the limescale inside thats stopping it turn and cant see a way to get at it....
Busy day at work and then aught in traffic on the way to picking friend up for dinner - had a lovely chat, meal and dropped her home but now shattered...may not even do washing up until tomorrow (very un me!) - rebel me!!
Hope youre ll ok...thankfully a blissful w/e of nowt other than church planned on Sunday and hopefully to allotment on Sat...
