Just back from sw & miraculously lost a pound & shared slimmer of the week! Now have a sticker & certificate proudly on the fridge.
Very sad to see weston pier went up in flames - many a mispend day was spend there as a teenager and it will cost millions to fix that as its decimated...
Not a great dfw day as frgot lunch...must get organised but have lacked the enthusiasm to cook with the heat. Bread just finished so will go & rescue it. Days training tomorrow & ok day in w*** and actually managed to complete a whole task!! Only a gazillion to go!

Well done on slimmer of the week, i used to have some great weight losses but always got pipped by someone else..competative bunch we are..

I hope you get sorted on the plot soon, saw a field with sweetcorn in yesterday..i was very tempted to nip over the fence and bag a couple..but i haven't stooped that far yet....or have i?:rotfl: :rotfl:

Hope non Bob thats called stealing!! Martin would definately say no!! Imagine the police report...mad woman seen leaping over ence enthusiastcally, pinching said sweetcorn & being detained...would be more embarassing than my mr t experience last week!

!! No me lovely that was just your frugal imagination! Days training and now waiting for age concern man to train me so they can let me loose on the person I will support! Nice freebie lunch but slightly negated by a starbucks coffee before it although it was yummy and I got there early cos I took the car for the windscreen wipers to be fixed by my lovely garage man who, as predicted laughed at me and did it in 2 seconds. Apparently they were also on back to front!! well...I'm a girlie int I, not meant to do stuff like that lol! Rushed home via sewing shop and got a thumb protector as getting blisters. A woman on the course does patchwork and lives just round the corner so going to pop round on Thurs to give me a few pointers. Also knows of a course near where I work thats cheaper than the big city so will investigate! Hope youre all ok...will catch up after my training session but also have to do some ironing! yeugh..

Good news about course, then..it is amazing how folk know of things once you start doing something!
