If you have no evidence to support your allegation then you are at risk of libel.
You seem to believe that they should be breaking the law and retaining your data unlawfully. Why do you think that?
The FCA are finding that they are having issues due to the FCA and it will almost certainly be addressed in the review report.

Hi all, I also have sent discretionary commission via Martin's website and Toyota contact details.
Sent in August then sent again the other day for all 3 of my deals and have yet to have an acknowledgment.
Will chase again end September if nothing has been received.
But again people commenting in the process not being finished by the FCA. I have had a reply from another deal I had via a smaller company and they said yes that deal did have discretionary commission on it and there wording "they have opened a case for me' .
So It does seem a little confusing as to which point is a complaint accepted. All of my cases I used Martin's template with his contact details for company i needed.

Resources are another issue. Lenders are inundated with all these claims and people doing silly things like repeatedly sending in causing even more delays. People just need to be patient.
