Where we are currently receiving a high level of correspondence, we endeavour to officially acknowledge complaints within 5 working days, where this is not possible, we will confirm in our acknowledgement that the complaint is backdated to reflect your winitial contact with us."
I also contacted them requesting a copy of a finance agreement from 2013 but they were unable to provide this as 6 years had passed re GDP
I have done two claims with them
I have diariesd to chase up on 9th March.

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

I have diariesd to chase up on 9th March. Why would you chase up on the 9th March?
The FCA have suspended complaints into motor finance DCA until they complete their review and make a decision. That is expected at the end of September this year. In the meantime, they have told firms that they do not need to investigate complaints in that area.
Currently, most firms are just stacking the complaints in a pile and doing nothing with them.

I didn't get an automated receipt:(0

I also received the automatic response from Toyota
But I am now a little confused on another point. In the list Martin produced regarding the different firms, and the actions each are taking (e.g. first on the list is "Black Horse incl Jaguar, Land Rover & Suzuki") Toyota does not appear anywhere on the list. Would anyone know why that is the case?0 -
I didn't get an automated response from Toyota. I've chased with another email. I would like to know why Toyota is not on the list too?0

I did not get a response from the original email given out in early February by MSE website "customerrelations@uk.toyota-fs.com", but today I have been told to use commissioncomplaints@toyota-fs.com (via their customer care phone) and waiting on their reply. Just want them to acknowledge that I have sent a complaint.1

Still waiting for a response from Toyota, too. Has anyone had a response yet? I had a generic 'we're looking into it' email 5th March (my email was sent 6th Feb).
