I quite like their cashback and have just had the same email. Will just use Chase every month to funnel through the extra £1000….in and out same day as you qualify as soon as the target amount hits.0

Does paying into NSandI direct saver or YBS deposits with the Chase debit card count towards the 1% cashback?0

I'm glad they are keeping the cashback going, I was going to have to start using the AMEX card again.
I currently have my main bank (Natwest) sending £500 to CHASE and SANTANDER to qualify for their perks, so first job will be changing that to £1500 to CHASE, then £500 on to SANTANDER.0 -

I have tried NS&I and did not get cashback for that transaction.

I'm surprised at the positivity towards having to pay in £1500 each and every month just to get cashback and the assumption they won't be looking out for ether the £1500 or 3x£500 being paid back out. The £500 level was OK but this is too much every month for 1%. No-one would join up with those terms but I guess some will be happy to stay however they change things.

Just got the mail with the new terms.
Must admit my first thought was to ditch using it as I never spend £1500 to bother trying to transfer in but maybe I’ll try what’s being suggested here and transfer in to transfer out again later. I do wonder if they’ll cotton on to this and start introducing a minimum balance or something.
I note from the new terms the transfer in can be to a Chase savings account not just current account as now. If the savings account was 1% higher would be much less of a problem!2 -
Is there a way to see what you've had in cash back, say, since the account opened. Or in the last 12 months etc? I thought I'd seen that in there once, but now can't find it anywhere.
I know I could add up all the spending figures, but would take ages.0 -
Is it me or is it a little confusing (the £500/£1500 references).
I'm fortunate to have the £1500 to ping in and out but I think these could be clearer?0
