I was going to wait until the day after the switch, but as long as you get confirmation that the switch is complete, I see no reason why you can't deposit the £1250 as soon as you get the switch complete notification.superdayold said:is eveyone waiting until the day after the switch to pay the money in?I was going to do it on the day.3 -
Anyone received a bonus into the same natwest account that has already had a previous bonus… as in, NOT a new account number and sort code?0

My switch took place on "pay day" so a large amount got transferred. I haven't received the incentive so I guess I wont until the next "pay day". I could fiddle about transferring money to and fro but I'm not that desperate for the £200.0

Tempted to give NatWest a go. I got the switch bonuses for Ulster and RBS the last time this was available, and had gotten a NatWest bonus 3-4 years ago. I wonder if I'll still be eligible...0

Natwest switch is complete now, RBS hasn't even started and never got any notification from either RBS or Chase. Very strange. I'm tempted to just give up on RBS and send the £1250 to Natwest to get the premium payment. Bird in the hand...

Had notification that switch is complete this morning. I'll leave till tomorrow to transfer in the required amount. I'll also leave it there for a couple of days at least, or even until bonus is paid.
On a separate note, I do like the Nat West app. The First Direct one, which I used to switch from, is the worst banking app I've ever seen.2 -
28th Switch completes
29th Transfer money (Pay day)
1st Transfer money out
hopefully that will work for the switch offer

Don't forget to download and use the app, if you haven't already done so.GTR_King said:28th Switch completes

Thanks! I just got an SMS from both Ulster and RBS about my debit card and it should arrive within 5 days. Did you received the "your switch has started" email for Ulster and RBS? Because I did not lol so I'm not sure if its actually happening or not.anoukis said:@mrniceguy111 I applied to Natwest on the 20th and to RBS and Ulster on the 21st. Switch date 1 Mar for all. Got the RBS and Ulster cards today, Natwest last week. It was quite fast all in all
Another one with Ulster, I did not received the email where I can find my customer number so I can't really login to its mobile banking.0 -
I did not hear from RBS or Chase for a few days since I signed up then I got a message from Chase that the switch is happening.Clicker9180 said:Natwest switch is complete now, RBS hasn't even started and never got any notification from either RBS or Chase.
