My RBS switch was done on 6th, £1250 paid in 10:03 that day, removed around 11 on the 7th - will wait until Monday and then bounce £1250 in again for a day and see if that triggers it if they don't pay it by then.
I would expect you to receive the bonus either today, probably between 3.00 and 4.00 or Monday, based on the patterns shown so far. But it can take up to 7 days. No need to bounce the £1,250 in again, that won't make any difference.
It's just in case it didn't register, I think it had 25 hours maybe and was after switch completed,
As it was after switch completed when you put in your £1,250, it was the 7th when you satisfied the offer so that's why I say it could be Monday based on patterns so far. But if they go by your switch date I think it could arrive this afternoon. Patience Padawan.  ;)
Haha no worries dude, I don't have any plans for the £200 so if it arrived it was just a bonus, whether today or Monday or never.

As it happens they paid it today at some point I guess before 4pm so that proves that you can receive the incentive since 2020 - as mine (from NatWest) was paid in January 2020 after a December 2019 switch - and still get the bonus for a switch into the same group.
Very helpful thank you. I got the bonus in Jan 2020 after a same switch, so will go ahead when coop pays out on the £50!

    Got rejected from RBS
but never heard anything for over a week.
Appeal successful, told to ring number to open the account etc.
But the day before, I heard from them (yes I'm impatient) I applied again & was accepted, account now been opened 🤔
    so now your account opened!?
Yeah all open, awaiting switch date

My switch to Ulster Bank from Barclays completed Fri 23 February
    Incentive received Wed 28 February
  • I have received my Ulster debit card, can see the account number and sort code in the chase app and have been emailed my customer number. No activation code though. Do I have to register? I wasn’t asked for a memorable word etc so worried they won’t automatically send it.

The email I received with stated the activation code would be sent separately via text within 48 hours. Only got that email today though. So can’t comment on how well they keep to the 48 hours.
  • Thanks I didn’t see that part of the email. Too eager!
