I've had bonus payments from RBS and NatWest since January 2020 so I technically wasn't eligible but decided to try and switch into my existing accounts. Switches went through, but no bonus payments have come through. I have never had an Ulster account so opened a new one and had my £200 payment come in (this switch completed after the RBS and NatWest one's so I am fairly confident this is my only bonus payment).Hmmm......i thought some people were getting the bonus even though they had an incentive since Jan 2020!Maybe they were just lucky.I complete all criteria for Ulster and Natwest on 4th MarchNatwest paid the bonus on 8th. Still waiting on Ulster though, i may possibly have received an incentive here since 2020danny13579 said:abz88 said:Looks like I'll only be getting £200 out of a possible £600. If you're trying to get a bonus from NatWest when you got one from them since 2020 then that's also unlikely to work.
There's no evidence on here (that I can see) of anyone having managed to do this. When did these switches complete?
The Ulster bonus is probably the only one you'll get.
I knew the RBS and NatWest incentives were unlikely but based on previous experience I thought it was worth a shot. No harm done and I still have £200 from Ulster.0 -

Did any long time NatWest customers succeed in getting the bonus? I have an account with NatWest but does not carry the "Select" label.0

I've applied for the NW Select and I'm now in the process of the Ulster Select application (RBS will be next).
During the Ulster application it asks "Do you already have a bank account?". Of course I do, but should I put the month/date of the account I'm planning on switching from, or a different account i will be keeping/not switching, or doesnt it make a difference?
I've seen a few people say Ulster's application is a bit different to other banks so I dont want to say the date an account was opened was one thing and then when I switch a different account they point out that the opening dates don't match (for reference, I was thinking to put my TSB opening date which was late January, unless it needs to be the account I'll be switching from which is Chase and was opened yesterday!)
Thanks in advance!0 -

Hi thank you for the advice on whether I could do two separate deposits of the £1250. As I didn’t have the whole 1250 available/ I did half then withdrew after 24hours then the other half and withdrew after 24 hours. Switch completed on the 7th and I got my switch bonus today at 4pm3
