Glad it's nothing too serious @pigpenWe have both signed up a service called Patients Know Best and they send you a notification when any tests results are available. The results of blood tests usually come through in 24 - 48 hours. A's cholesterol result was there when he got up and it showed that it had gone up. It's not disastrously high but above where it should be. It can be caused by one of the medications had started on last year. He couldn't tolerate statins the last time he tried so we will have to see what they say.Popped out to get the paper first thing and then took A to the hospital for a routine appointment with the neurologist. Then it was back for lunch and afterwards to a health centre for A to have shoulder and hip x-rays (results in 10 - 14 days). Came home and made tea, washed up, made supper, washed up, did pre-bed eye routine, set A's breakfast things out and that's about it. I must go to bed now.

Thinking of you this morning ASB and sending lots of posivibes your way xxx
i was still tired yesterday and am taking K and the girls out again today - by car, but less than an hour's drive to Cathedral City. The weather forecast looks quite good after yesterday's steady rain. Must remember to put our main meal in the SC before we go, and the minor admin job is also still waiting for attention. i also need to deal with the part-dried washing from yesterday and hoover through downstairs, but they're not coming until 10.30..
DH is coming with us, but in his own car, as he is going on to a diocesan business meeting with overnight stay which is being held on the far side of Cathedral City. Tomorrow morning i shall get my own breakfast early, for a change!
Hope everyone's week ends well, or at least better xxx

Morning xx
TGIF. I went to bed at 8.30 pm as I was falling asleep in the chair. Then was in WAC as I.made a mistake at work last thing yesterday and not sure what I'm walking into today. I'm prepared to own up and be told but not to be shouted at. Not my usual team lead so 🤷 who knows how today will pan out. 🤢.
I'm up, made my bed, dressed, packed my lunch, eaten breakfast, and supped a brew. I'll feed the birds and put out the recycling before I set off to the paid stuff.
Thinking about you asb xx
Love to all

Morning all
Thanks for the cookies, squeak.
Just thrown some clothes on and nipped round to the Aged Ps because the phone wasn’t answered. They are fine, pa feels better. Updated sis. she thought i was phoning because there was a problem. Funny that. Back in my nighty having my vertical half hour now, then i can shower. Might have a bit of a lie in though.
3 x WM as it’s forecast fine so will peg out. DW x 1.
I will rehang cupboard doors, tidy away the rest of the painting stuff, and possibly clean my room. Want to change the bedding anyway.
Hope all OK at work Round. And enjoy your day Iona.
Hope you’re feeling better Piggers.
Ooh…smashed connections today. And quickly, too!

washing on line, I am showered and dressed (again). Done something to my phone and have reset the brightness...trouble is I can't see it to reset it.
eta solved it…was the brightness. Two doors painted. Now to search for a replacement screw.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Ooo well done on Connections Valli. I only got two lines today.
All OK at work so far. Thank you. The mistake I made wasn't as bad as I thought as the background paperwork had been sent so all the information was available- but I didn't know that until this morning. Lesson learned. I am being ultra cautious now - dotting every i etc
Steady flow of calls coming in. In between calls I'm going to write a list for the weekend.
The only flying tonight will be cook tea. Hoping I can stay awake until a reasonable time tonight.
Hugs

Home. Yabba dabba doooooooooo 🦕 And breathe.....
I think someone was looking over my shoulder as the steady stream of calls became a veritable deluge. So there was no time to do anything in between. Time passed very quickly. Plus had a long chat with the Team Lead who put my mind at rest and said I'm doing well considering the lack of training I had.
So I'm home. Unpacked my lunch bag. Changed into my scruffs. Closed the curtains. And made myself a coffee. The weekend starts here. Woot woot.
