Morning (yawn) xx
I spent ages in WAC last night. Then was woken by my alarm at 7. Weird dream: pin on badges that were children!!!! My brain is weird!
I'm up, made my bed, dressed, packed my lunch, eaten breakfast and I'm supping a brew. Calendars have been turned and meds taken. Message left on pharmacy phone requesting repeat prescription.
I'll feed the birds and put out the recycling before I set off. And fill up with petrol on my way - tiny detour to Mr M's forecourt required.
Don't wanna go but trying to bribe myself with the fact that the commute should be less busy. It's not working 🤣
Have a good day. Get well soon to the poorlies 😘

Ooohh good luck with new door day, Valli! That is a mammoth Toots task. Says one who hasn’t dared to unearth her Toots list yet this year.
Thank you for the thread. No doubt that I will intend to be in more than I actually am.
Today is non work day, so it’s the usual round of bedding change, wm, clean upstairs, plus get my hair cut. I also need to phone the dentist about my broken tooth, which is a conversation to put off, as far as both my brain and my purse are concerned. Obviously there is HH admin to tackle. Hmmm, dentist or admin? That might be the kick I need to get the admin done.
I hope Mr Narc0 got back ok. Gws to all poorlies. Well done, Round, on the slinkiness. I am heading in the opposite direction, yet again. Hugs to all x

Morning all.
Well done on the weight loss, Round x
Good to see you posting, asb. Hope the weather has eased in your area x
Last night I dropped W off back home with her mum at 8.10 after a long day out, then called in late to the Old Wives' meeting for a cuppa and a chat, before finally getting home at 9.40 absolutely shattered. Admittedly I had sat and relaxed for two long train journeys, but in between I had had about 3 times my usual daily exercise and even climbed almost non-stop up the 311 steps of The Monument to the Great Fire of London (well worth it for the view!): I'm taking my certificate to show the Action Heart staff - so much for their measly benchsteps! We were very fortunate with the weather and had glorious sunshine all day. But my word, London was crowded - there was hardly room to walk across Trafalgar Square! Despite the crowds, W and I both enjoyed her birthday treat very much, and I've been able to briefly revisit some places that I love but haven't see since before the lockdowns. I needed that. Rosie obviously missed me as she was wildly excited to see me when I got back.
Second job for today - the first was a finance check - must be to send copies of all yesterday's photos to K (W's mum). I shall ask DH to deliver a birthday card to one of the Old Wives on his was to SW, rather than have to go out myself, as I've still got a pile of emails to deal with today, one particular admin job to update, and lots of other printed and digital photos to sort through. But obviously I'll do the flying dailies first.
(((Hugs))) and GWS wishes to the poorlies, spoons to whoever needs them, and love to all xxx
Don't forget the pancakes today8 -
Morning all,
My list for today
Get dressed
Feed the animals
Do paid stuff
Go for a walk at lunchtime
Wash up dishes, dry, and put them away.
Dust the living room
Attend uni classes
Take DS to his drama audition
Do some work on uni assignment.
Think that is everything that I need to tackle today. Hope everyone has a lovely Tuesday

Everything except exercise class from my original list this morning is done. I've also hoovered through and spent fifteen minutes starting to tackle the huge frog which is pensions. Does anyone know how long to keep P60s for? It says do not destroy on all of them and I've been working since the early eighties.Spend less now, work less later.8

Morning everyone, hope you are all well and flying away ❤️
I'm up, showered and dressed and trying to keep calm as I'm monitoring my blood pressure for the week for my Dr. It was high when I had it taken last week and it's not gone below 158/87 (it's higher normally but this is the lowest) and I'm on 10mg of ramipril. Not good!!!!!
Just emptied out my car for the final time..it looks very bare. No pink steering wheel showing through the windscreen 😢 I will admit I was a bit choked up while doing this..so took photos of her.
As you've all gathered it's new car day 😃😃 But not sure when I'm getting her as I think they are leaving Swansea at 2pm now, so that 2 odd hrs away. I might see her in daylight for a bit...lol
DH is being a pain as he's moaning about the dogs playing all over him and scratching him..I've told him sit somewhere else..but he won't leave HIS armchair..lol
Still got some of my birthday cake left from Sunday so I think I'll ply him with cake all day
and hope he shuts up...😉
Flying wise today I'm going to:- Tidy up the massive hotspot that's the dining table.
- Go over the mud marks, on the carpet, that the pup insists on bringing in from outside. He always jumps around for some reason..
- Oh and I'm on cat tray watch, whenever a cat has done a No2 I've got to beat the pup to it..he's quick too..lol
- Freshen up the grouting in the bathroom around the bath and shower area.
