Working from home but have made lunch. I have a wrap with a mushroom omelette in it. With spinach picked out of a bag of salad.

The wraps were 40p for 6.
    Eggs 1.25 for 6, I used two.
    Mushrooms were £1 for 26 and I used 6.
Not counting the spinach leaves so I'm guessing at 15p.
    Less than 70p?

  • Chilli NON carne my hubby made a ginormous pot last night. Salad of cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and coriander, half a piece of homemade cornbread.

Home made leek and potato soup. Plenty of fresh fruit provided free at work, so will have a banana and a handful of grapes for snacks.

Made huge pot of soup for my mum who isn't eating properly while waiting for dental surgery, but seems to eat it if I make it :) Red lentil, lemon and rosemary soup. Took a portion to work and had that with a toast pita bread, and an apple, orange and some grapes. All must've come to a £1 or just over as pita was off olio.

I've begun leaving a packet of pita bread or thins in the tiny freezer at work. We have a toaster and a microwave in our office. This way I can bring in leftovers or sandwich and salad items and make up the sandwich at work. no soggy sandwiches.
