No buying unnecessary toiletries 2014. Epiphany on 4/4/14 - went into shop to buy 2 items, walked out with 17!2 -
Back in office tomorrow. Made taco pasta for tea so will be leftovers for lunch. Mince, onion, 2 peppers, chopped tomatoes, pasta, beef stock, homemade taco seasoning (chilli powder, cumin, paprika, oregano) in the pressure cooker for 5 mins then some cheddar stirred in. Made 4 portions, I guess about £1.25 a pop.
As normal I’ll supplement with a few snacks throughout the day (I’m liking the Lemon mini-soreen at the moment), and I have grapes for some fruit.2 -
I was starving at work today, probably due to the early start. Tomorrow I have more soup, and some sandwiches with sage and onion vegetarian slice. I have an apple and a banana as well.
Cost less than £1.2 -
I was unorganised today so had to grab a Mug Shot from the cupboard. I keep an emergency stash so that I always have something to take rather than having to buy an extortionately priced sandwich!
Supplemented with a pack of lentil crisps, strawberry mini-soreen and grapes.2 -
Homemade vegetable soup for today and tomorrow, with a slice of seeded loaf (not homemade!).4

I made a couple of sub rolls, one with tuna, one with egg mayo. Cut them in half and have a half of each for the next two days. With wheat crunchies a banana and 2 Pepsi max.2

I have some chicken left over from the Sunday roast so am just about to make a chicken salad to take in to work for lunch tomorrow. I go in early, so have breakfast at work too - I am doing some overnight oats, which I will nuke in the microwave in the office kitchen. We get free hot and cold drinks and a generous fruit bowl at work so there is always something for a snack, but I may take in a little slice of fruit cake for afternoon tea as well2

Packed lunch made for tomorrow, I’m in the office so taking breakfast too. Breakfast is Greek yoghurt, berries and a few nuts and for lunch I’ve got an egg mayo and cress sandwich and a few cherry tomatoes . I’m looking forward to it as I used up the last of the mayo I made at the weekend and it tasted delicious so much better than shop bought mayo.Well Behaved women seldom make history
