  • Prepped lunch for tomorrow as I’m in the office.

Tuna, boiled egg, tomatoes, spring onion and olives, with a couple of romaine lettuce leaves to wrap it in,  I also take breakfast in with me which is Greek yogurt, berries and some homemade granola.

Today I just had a brie and chutney sandwich. With some wheat crunchies and a can of pepsi max. Less than £1. The brie was 30p.
  • Tomorrow's lunch is 100g prawns, a few salad leaves, plum tomatoes, spring onion and two hard boiled eggs. 10 almonds as a snack.
Yoghurt and mixed fruit for breakfast

    Same as always...
Half a tin of roasted, seasoned chickpeas
    Half a packet of crisps
    Half a protein chocolate bar
I keep it low cal cos I work nights and tend to eat a full day's meals when I get in!

  • Those recipes sound delish @ArbitraryRandom and @HouseMartin567 I'm pinching those :yum:

I'm working in the office today so have brought in a jacket potato (baked when I was making last night's dinner) to heat up in the microwave, with some grated cheese and a side salad.  We get free fruit at work, so I will probably have a handful of grapes and a banana as snacks.
