I remember those days so well. All you can do is only do things that need to be done and just keep plodding. Oh and the days mine remember from that age range are the board games, not the expensive days out.

Hey @elisheba thank you! How are you? I need to catch up on your diary! 2 hours to go!
Yeah, I'm good thanks. Took a little break from the boards, but I'm back now and trying to keep on track 😁. Hope you got lots of sleep last night and are feeling more refreshed today.

    Morning,

I ended up doing nothing at all last night. I laid on the sofa and then I went to bed about 10. Feel way better for it though. So I’m at work today, leaving early to get the children at school pick up. Then will put pizza dough ingredients in the bread maker and carry on working from home for a bit then hopefully we can make some pizzas! Usually I buy the bases or just pizzas, so this is a money saving exercise for me as I already have the ingredients.

Should hopefully be another no spend day! I really need to try and conserve fuel as I have only allowed myself £100 for the month and I think that may be a little tight. But I will see what I can do.

No sorting got done last night. I will at least try and do something tonight. Need to take children to scouts later so maybe the time between dropping them and picking them up would be a good time.

I will let you know how the pizza turns out, I might even make cakes later.

Sound like you needed a night off. Hopefully once you get into the swing of your new routine properly you can make sure you are not doing too much each day, and factor in some down time and enough sleep for yourself 🤗

Work is busy but not, I’m struggling to get into the swing of things today. My mind keeps wandering, I think I’ve sorted shopping next week, I should be able to get it down to around £22, as don’t need much and have planned well I think. Still having my porridge for breakfast and more snacky things during the day. We’ll see how I get on with the pizza making this evening!

I need some moneysaving/budgeting blogs or threads to read or videos or podcasts if anyone has any recommendations.

Ok so pizzas worked a treat! I would probably make 3 pizzas from the 400g of flour! But they were perfect and so cheap go make. Down side is I think I chucked the paddle from my bread maker away a few months ago. So me and May did it by hand but it was quite fun. Roo was helpful and did the litter tray so little things are getting done without too much resistance.

small ones are at scouts and OH is working so I’m just sat on the sofa. Should be doing things but I’m looking at recipe books, only have an hour before I need to go back and get them.

Feeling slightly unfulfilled, I need a hobby I think and I haven’t trained and just feel a bit Bleugh.
