I bought a new paddle off eBay last year when mine was in a safe place 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I only paid £5 for the bread maker, I think a paddle would be more than that! I didn’t mind making the pizza by hand to be honest.

Working today but still a NSD hopefully, well sort of I need to spend to claim it back but should be all good. Have managed to get the shopping list even lower for this week as I’ve been super careful what I eat, ie none of the children’s snacks, so they’ve got enough to last next week. Although we’ve gone through a huge block of cheese this week!

I find grating cheese helps.  When my children used to make their own lunches they cut huge wedges of cheese,  By grating it they used less as it looks more.  Even better to use the fine side of the grater as it seems to multiply even more

I do this too @slm6002. I grate a big block and then put it into those reusable bags, one for the fridge and then a few for the freezer, seems to last ages then. If I left it in the block it would have been scoffed within days 🤣

I don’t buy block cheese at all - it’s far to easy to cut a chunk off and eat !

Thanks for all the cheese talk! I will grate it I think, although then I would have to put the sandwiches in bags as the cheese goes everywhere in the lunch box.

Am home and on the sofa with a cup of tea. Long day but done now. Although it’s hard to get my head out of work mode.

Morning, so I spent £104.50 which I need to sim back but I can’t find the receipt. Need go check the car at work but it’s not looking hopeful! 🤦🏻‍♀️.

Struggling already today, cats are being really noisy and annoying despite doing the litter tray and feeding them. Small one keeps trying to ‘cover up’ my coffee my scraping the carpet, he obv doesn’t like the smell. Need to spend the next 2 days sorting the garage for workout space. OH is all grumpy and annoying at the moment, I’m actually looking forward to him going away for 3 weeks. Feel like it will be a whole load less stressful! Just watching beechgrove garden and drinking coffee. Need to go to the charity shop to drop off stuff and the tip.

Sorry I’ve been MIA, had a few life wobbles and fell off the wagon. But have had a severe wake up. It appears my job is v much not safe 🤦🏻‍♀️. And I’m not sure I’ll be employed by the end of the year. Nothing formal but the writing is on the wall. I love my job, I get paid a decent amount and it more or less fits with childcare. Very disheartened. But need to scale back and now try and save as much as possible in case. Had the mortgage statement through. Still owe a whopping £233k! Huge car loan, feel sick at all of it. Mine and OHs work are v connected so if I don’t work here he won’t get any work, which is about 50% of his work right now. Business sale is taking an age and accounts are looking worse for wear so not sure we’ll get what we wanted from it. It’s all a bit doom and gloom at the moment sorry.

    Thanks for reading.
