Yesterday was day 3 for me. Today is not, took my 3 year old out for a walk as he has been stuck in poorly and was bouncing off the walls earlier but he needed an energy boost to make the final leg so was worth the 25p chocolate bar he chose and my spend day just so I didn't have to carry him home :D

Good luck all, it won’t be an NSD for me today, I’m out both days over the weekend so will have to see! For my NSD yesterday I felt like it was a real effort to avoid spending but pleased to have had a word with myself!
Got to be done, hasn't it? It's the days when it's harder to avoid spending that really build good habits though! Hope you have a wonderful weekend, even if it's not a NSD 🥰
Thank you! I’ve had such a lovely weekend, really lovely food and a Shakespeare play, makes you appreciate it all the more when you’ve focused on not spending money.
