oh dear.. not had a good day.. i have eaten chocolate, chocolate, chocolate followed by cakes, crisps and more chocolate !! i have stuffed it all day long !!!!! i must of had a million syns at least.......
oh well id better get back on track in the morning....Mmmmmm now wheres that glass of wine gone ?

There shouldn't be a problem, as long as you were clear that you were working a shift on the previous occasions. You get 4 weeks holiday a year and they shouldn't be mixing up your shifts with that. Be firm and don't give in!Well done on your weight loss.(Im an ex consultant by the way).

bringmeshoes - yes as in choclate is free on green cause it a bean, pringles are free as they are potato, McDonalds is free on red day as its HEB bread, HEA cheese, and beef burger (plus bacon?) :rotfl: :rotfl:

and if you break biscuits before eating them all of the calories fly out of them
alcopops are also speedfoods, as well as chips & if they cooked in vegeable oil the extra good coz of all the vegetables!!
