    Mel x
was it the sw club or the sw support you went on as was gonna ask on the sw club one
but when I went on it just said announcements, on like a blankish looking page, and it said that you need to be a full member to view the site?? just a question, in case ive gone on wrong one, lol! think its the same though. I was gonna join it too, as you can never have too much support can you lol!, The other site, sw support is really good you can view the whole site when you go on there but obviously, need to join to read posts. sorry if this is silly Q, im full of them lol
  • can anyone tell me what soft cheese you can use as a healthy extra? are you allowed to use ricotta or mascarpone?

also i've been told these lasagne crisps everyone raves about aren't actually free. have any of your consultants said they are?

also does anyone have the new up to date list of cereals you can have as a healthy extra?

It just says 28g puffed wheat and 2 oat/scan bran.

I believe crunchy bran is free as I've been having it - I don't know what crunch plus is either. The list I provided was courtesy of peachyest. Weetabix minis are nice!

Re pizza hut - there is nutritional info on their website for all their pizzas, but I bleive you can ask for half/no cheese and make your own toppings so veggie for green day, meat (exc the oily pepperoni etc) for red day - also go for thin crust and a small pizza with loads of salad bar!!!!!!!

Or avoid the pizza and go for a big salad and decent pasta dish!

Another tip is to have a free snack just before you go out mug shot/pasta/fruit & yoghurt - then your eyes won't be bigger than your stomach! (which is my problem!)
  • Not logged on for a couple of days due to teething baby - using my sins on much needed whiskey! Congrats to everyone who's lost.
Got my babys christening on sunday and don't want to go overboard at the buffet. Anyone got any tips to avoid me hogging the buffet table and ruinging my good work so far?
Hope you're ok Catt after your hospital visit x
