  • I tried one of the recipes in the red free book tonight (tomato chicken bake, but it wasn't a great success - the sauce was watery, and it didn't have much taste. I need to find really tasty recipes that both my DH and I like, or I am really going to struggle as I don't want to have to cook two meals at night.

    Anyone have any suggestions

We mainly do green days but our favourite meals are -
    Rogan josh (saucy secrets)
    Quorn bolognaise
Spaghetti with arribiatta sauce and quorn meatballs
    tofu stirfry
SW chips, fried egg, beans, baked tomatoes, quorn sausage

The spiced carrot soup in quick and easy is lovely and we also like the peach melba.

Keep trying, you'll find lots of really lovely stuff you can both enjoy, my better half is non sw but is so chuffed when I put any of the above on the table.

Its usually just a blank box at the bottom - either that or on the right on the home page it says 'Weigh In'.
  • Hi, I come across this site a few days ago, but was a bit to shy to join. But thought I'd take the bull by the horns, as you seem a supportive lot.

My first loss this week and I lost 4lb, I was pretty amazed, as I felt like I had eaten for the 5 thousand!!

Anyway nice to be here, and hope to catch up with you soon
