Last time I did SW I cut out bread completely - and found it unbelievably easy to lose weight! I'm not sure it agrees with me either!

Just had a huge bowl of fruit on top of a merignue nest covered with a mullerlight all for 3 syns. Thats a total of 5.5 syns for the day! :j

If you like meringues then buy the nests - fill with fruit and cover with a muller light - the biggest bowl you can have is 3 syns per meringue! YUMMY! Makes the fruit taste a little different!

I see that Sainsburys have packets of Quorn chicken style fillets, pieces, mince and Swedish style balls on offer - any 2 for £3.

Also Birds Eye Soya beans reduced from £1.89 to £1.
Hope that someone finds this useful.

    Hello everyone :D

I have been reading this thread for about a week now (re-started SW on Monday). You're all doing so well!!!

I'm going to Nando's for lunch today and I LOVE their cous cous salad. I'm having a green day today - does anyone know how many sins this will be? I've looked, but can't find any info

It has cous cous, peppers, olives, chickpeas and some sort of dressing (olive oil, garlic and mustard from what I can taste!) I could maybe use a HEB for the olive oil, plus add extra sins?

    TIA
