    cool wannbe msn buddies?

It would be a waste of time as I never have MSN on. :o I don't even know if it still works.

I'm sure you'll get someone along who isn't a numpty, and who'd love to be your MSN buddy. :)

    I sound so rude!

  • Hiya, first posting on this board so be gentle!
I stated SW last year, lost a stone, had a death in the family and I stopped, ate lots of chocolate and put half a stone on, my consultant says I would have put more on if I hadn't been eating SW meals most of the time, so I'm not as gutted as I could be. Am learning not to beat myself up about how I eat and what I look like, life's too short. Anyway I'm back on the wagon now and I'm extra determined to stay on it this time.

Which brings me to why I'm posting, I only do green days and we're having Prawn (HEB) Rogan Josh (saucy secrets) and rice for tea tonight, a big favourite. But I really hate just plain boiled rice and miss the pilau I would usually have with a take away, does anyone have any good ideas for making boiled rice more exciting and free?

    Thanks in advance.

    Good evening

Been shopping and bought Ainsley Harriots savoury basmati rice, never had it before and on line it says that it is 1/2 syn per 100 gr cooked. the packet says it contains two servings, without weighing it when cooked, do you think that the whole packet is 1 syn? IYSWIM?
